Oktoberfest Vendor Form

Jackson Oktoberfest is back!

Friday, Oct. 3: 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 4: 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.

To become a vendor please fill out the following form, complete the payment, and provide a copy of your current City of Jackson Business, Merchant or Vendor License (and insurance for food vendors).

Booths without the proper license cannot be reserved. If you do not have a current license, please contact the City of Jackson at (573)243-4404 to obtain one.

VENDOR APPLICATIONS AND REGISTRATION FEES ARE DUE BY SEPTEMBER 12TH, 2025.

(There will be an additional $25 fee for vendors applying after September 12th) Vendors will be approved on a first come, first serve basis to ensure unique product offerings throughout the event. This is our fourth year offering vendor exclusivity (Except for German cuisine). This is very important to you, as vendors. No two vendors will be selling the same items.
